Keep your body only on juice diet
Now a day people have no time for making exercise and enjoying foodstuff due to their busy life. In such a busy life there is a challenge for everyone to keep your body fit so as to perform their work properly. There is a different way of keeping your body fit. One way to keep your body is juice fasting, For this keep your body completely on juice fasting only in a week. This type of diet can be performed in the following way.
You start your day with long distance walking so that you will get tired and covered with perspiration. After coming you drink one lemon water. In the morning it is very beneficial to drink a juice of Indian gooseberry which is Amala (Phyllanthus Emblica, also known as emblic, emblic myrobalan, myrobalan, Indian gooseberry, Malacca tree, or amla from Sanskrit Amalaki is a deciduous tree of the family Phyllanthaceae. It has edible fruit )
For becoming tasty add some jaggery and honey so as to make tasty. If you are not familiar with Amala juice, make a mixture of juice of 50 gm Ginger, juice of 2 lemons,2 tablespoons honey and half glass of water. And consume that mixture which will help to improve your skin, hair, and eyes brighter and healthy. In addition to that, you can start your morning with juice of Tulsi (holy basil). For this take some 10 to 12 leaves of Tulsi (holy basil) make a mixture of tulsi leaves, honey, lemon juice and hot water which always improves your coldness, fever, and bronchitis. One wide tablespoon of garlic and onion juice along with hot water is also beneficial to health.
Afternoon diet – Vegetable juice
Take a juice of fruits and vegetable in the afternoon so as to keep your body fully energetic, In this tomatoes, raddish, or any favorite fruit. In tomato, calcium, phoshrous, chlorine, sodium, and iodine are present in a proper amount which are very essential constituents for reducing weight. By mixing salt and lemon juice in the juice of reddish, over fatness can be controlled. It also helps to reduce acidity and facial cramps. Better for you to take the juice of your favorite fruit. Try to avoid juice of bananas, chikoo, and mango. In this, there is more percentage of calories as compared to other juice.
Post afternoon or night diet
In the night it is better to take a soup of vegetable. Don’t make a soup of mixed vegetable. Make a soup of only one vegetable. In this, you can add germinated pulses. In general, it is very beneficial to take a juice of germinated wheat and sprouted mung beans. In the night it is also good to take a juice of aloe vera. It is very easy to constipate juice of fruits and vegetable
Very important to keep in mind
Avoid to take mixture of three or more vegetable at one time
Consumption of fruits juice in the day time and of vegetables in night
Make a juice of fresh fruits and vegetable. You must be avoided to take a juice of fruits and vegetable in packed form
Try to take a juice of variety of fruits.on different day.
Don’t make a mixture of juice of fruits and vegetables
Better to enjoy fruits instead of juice because in fruits there are more fibres which are very useful to us.
