How to recover original thighs with lunge exercise

In most women, there is a common problem which they are facing. That problem is the irregular growth of thighs. Due to the irregular growth of thighs, the complete beauty of the body gets affected. This type of body changes is really a worry for them. Some times there is a formation of shame and inferiority complex in their mind about this type of irregular growth. For that, there are many reasons for this growth. For recovery of the original body, nowadays lunge exercise is becoming very popular. Lunge exercise is a simple type of exercise. It can be done at any time and anywhere. Increase in body fats results in changes in body figure. Most facing problem in women is irregular growth of thighs and hips in the body. These body parts cover more fats on the body. Due to this, there is a deformity in body beauty and some other health issue may create. Way to make lunge exercise:

  • Stand tall with feet hip-width apart. Engage core.
  • Take a big step forward with right leg and start to shift weight forward so heel hits the floor first.
  • Lower body until right thigh is parallel to floor and right shin is vertical (it’s okay if knee shifts forward a little as long as it doesn’t go past right toe). If mobility allows, lightly tap left knee to ground while keeping weight in right heel.
  • Press into right heel to drive back up to starting position.
  • Repeat on the other side.
